Gifshirt Returns/Exchanges

If an order requires cancelling or change something. We need to be notified within 12 hours of payment being received at contact us

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?

Because our products are custom printed and unique to each Product, we only offer replacements on items that are materially flawed. If your order is defective, please file a claim with a photograph of the defective item sends to email at support@gifshirt.com

 What is our Return Policy?

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.
  • Restocking Fee

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. (If the fault is ours, Damage, Wrong Product Sent, and so on on there will not be any restocking fee)

  • Reason Why

Anything purchase at Mousetee is a unique custom made product and printed just for you. So there will be a 20% re stocking fee on certain product or anything over $50.To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page. Just click on the Sizing Chart link to find your best fit! If you need to make an exchange there will not be a restocking fee.

  • Return Label

You can either go ahead and send the package back to us or email us at support@Gifshirt.com for a return label. Please email us your order number and the reason why you want to return your package. Once that is done we will send you a return label to your email. 
Shipping cost of the label will be included in the email sent by Gifshirt customer representatives. The label will be a pre-paid label and the cost will be deducted from the refund, once it is refunded. 

For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Who Is Responsible for Return Label?

Gifshirt will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Process Returns

Once we receive the return please allow 6-10 days business to process you. Returns. All returns will be processed through our inspection department for approval. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

In order to exchange please send an email to support@Gifshirt.com stating your reason for the exchange including new request for sizes and colors.

Included packing slip with all exchanges. Please state size you need with any notes you would like to add.

  • Exchange Guidelines:

We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days. Once we receive your exchange any product that has a handling time of 1-2 days will take 3-5 business days to reship. Any product that has a handling time of 4-7 days can take up to take 6-10 business days to reship. If you need to exchange the design, style, or there is a price different of any product you will need to re order. Once that is done please send us a email stating your ordered with new and old order confirmation number and we will refund your original order not including shipping.
